On-Street (Temporary) Parking Application

To apply for an On-Street (Temporary) Parking Permit, complete the below online form. 

This permit allows the permit holder to park for longer than the signposted parking restrictions on the roadway (ie. 15 Minute, 1 hour, 2 hour, Loading Zone, etc) within the Newcastle LGA. See the below FAQs to learn more. 

Applications must be submitted at least 4 business days before the required date.

The issue of a permit does not guarantee availability of on-street parking spaces for the required day. You may need to reserve the parking spaces and this can be done from 5pm the day before your permit commences. You cannot request a permit to park in a No Stopping or No Parking zone.
