The draft Wickham Masterplan provides the blueprint for guiding future development in Wickham and will influence land use mix, connectivity, the public domain and built form.
The draft Wickham Masterplan was on public exhibition from Wednesday 26 April to Wednesday 21 June 2017.
An information session was conducted providing the community with the opportunity to learn about four projects being undertaken in the Wickham area at the same time These projects were the Draft Wickham Masterplan, Local Area Traffic Management Plan, Low lying suburbs strategic direction and an update on Council works in the area.
The session was held Wednesday 3 May 2017 from 4pm until 8pm and was held at The Good Life Church in Albert Street, Wickham. Attendees could book in for 30 minute timeslots.
A survey regarding the draft proposals was made available online and in hardcopy to complete. In total 30 completed surveys were completed and 12 partially completed.
