Council is committed to assisting members of the community access information about Council.  The following pages and our information guide will provide you with information about: Council's structure and functions, how you can participate in the formulation of our policies and the exercise of functions, the king inf information we hold and will make available to you and how you can access Council's information.

Process for Accessing Council Information

Your rights to access Council information are provided in the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) (GIPA Act). The Act commenced on 1 July 2010.

Disclosure Log

This page provides access to information that has already been released in response to Formal Access Applications and my be of interest to other members of the public (unless the applicant objects to its recording).

Information Guide

The Information Guide will provide you with information about Council's structure and functions, including public participation in Council, and access to information held by Council.
