Tom Gleghorn Virtual Exhibition

Available Online
Join Newcastle Art Gallery to experience a virtual tour of their latest exhibition, HOMEWARD BOUND: the art and life of Tom Gleghorn.
Tom Gleghorn OAM held his inaugural solo exhibition at Newcastle Art Gallery in 1959. Sixty-one years after that exhibition, Gleghorn is homeward bound. Considered to be one of Australia’s finest abstract expressionists, Newcastle Art Gallery is proud to be staging the first major survey of Gleghorn’s work.
HOMEWARD BOUND: the art and life of Tom Gleghorn will feature paintings and drawings from across the artist’s extraordinary career of more than 70 years. While the Gallery is closed to the public, this exhibition will be available via virtual tour.
