Our New System

Welcome to our new library system!

We've got a new and improved library system! Our new system offers an engaging library experience and makes it easier to find and access the content and items you’re looking for.

Our catalogue and new system is designed to be continuously reviewed and improved, with new features and enhancements becoming available all the time.

Your feedback on our new system is important, therefore please provide this, so we can prioritise and respond to the issues that matter to you.

We also want to keep you updated with all our exciting news - subscribe to our eNewsletter here.

Are you ready to explore your future library?

Here's a step-by-step walk through of all the important things you need to know to get the most out of the system.

Current issues

Like all major system changes – we still have a couple of minor issues that we are working through… so please bear with us! If you experience any issues using our new system – please give us a call on 4974 5300 or if you would like to provide some feedback, you can use our online form.

Changing your PIN – You can now update your PIN number in your member account however you will need to know what your current PIN is. If you are not sure what your current PIN is please contact us on 4974 5300 and our team can assist you. Please note that your PIN needs to be a four digit numeric PIN.

Library app

While our App looks the same – there are some temporary changes to how you access eBooks and eAudiobooks.

You can browse and borrow eLibrary content from within the Library App – but to access that content you will be taken to the platform website and asked to login and borrow the title you are after.

Currently the only eLibrary content you will be able to see in your account in the Library App and our online catalogue will be anything that you borrow through Libby (Overdrive). You will need to go to individual platform apps such as BorrowBox, Cloud Library and IndyReads to access your borrowed content.

We will continue to work on improving the integration across all our eLibrary platforms to improve your experience.
