Quarterly community survey - COVID-19

Thank you to eveyone who took part in our recent survey about CN's respone to the COVID-19 pandemic. Key findings from the survey are available now in the Winter 2020 Quarterly Community Survey summary report.

Why survey?

We're engaging with our communities through our quarterly survey to remain informed and better understand how we can meet community needs through service delivery, programming and projects. We know from extensive community consultation during the development of the Newcastle 2030 Community Strategic Plan that it's important to continually engage residents, ratepayers, businesses and stakeholders.

About the survey?

The survey program has occurred six times since commencing in 2018 and has covered a range of topics from services and facilities through to events and communications that relate to our work at the City. Each survey is approximately ten minutes and seeks to collect evidence around participant priorities, values and levels of satisfaction. Conducted online the survey is promoted widely in an effort to reach as many individuals as possible.
