Library System Outage: 23 - 26 July
Our Library Catalogue and Management System is moving to a cloud managed service model in late July. This means that the library management system will be offline from 8pm Tuesday 23 July through to 10am Friday 26th July to allow the data migration to take place.
This outage will impact all of our associated services including our library app, library catalogue and eLibrary. During this time, branches and service points are still open and you can still borrow items. Regular programs, exhibitions and events are still running.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer our normal membership account queries, search and readers advisory services or place holds. Any items returned during this period won’t be checked back in until the system is back online.
We apologise for the service disruption and will ensure that any items that have a return date during this period are extended. Alternatively, you can renew your items before the 23rd July and enjoy some extra time!
Upgrading our system to a web-based model will provide improved support for members across our service and activities.
