Claims against Council

If you are seeking compensation directly from the Council for injury, loss or damage arising from an incident, please complete the ‘Request for Compensation’ form, provide photographs and documentation as required.

Customer Service is the main port of call for the majority of Council's customers. We provide information and advice on a wide range of subjects including rates, animal registrations, planning and development (building), trees, traffic enquiries, residential parking permits and much more.
