Arrive by ferry, stay for the experience

Positioned between established precincts like Honeysuckle, East End and Civic, the site offers a rare opportunity to activate publicly owned foreshore with a high-quality hospitality, cultural or lifestyle offering.

Queens Wharf has the ferry terminal on its doorstep and is also within walking distance of the light rail and Newcastle Interchange.

Its central location offers strong pedestrian access and connectivity to cultural, commercial and residential activity, making it a strategic site for premium activation on the waterfront.
