Venue Hire Rates

Fort Scratchley Function Centre is available to hire as a venue-only*,  or in conjunction with one of our Food & Beverage packages (additional costs apply).

Subject to availability, the Function Centre can be hired for: 

  • Half day hire: up to four event hours plus one hour of bump in. 
  • Full day hire: More than four hours, less than eight event hours, plus one hour of bump in.

Additional hours are charged pro-rata. All fees are inclusive of GST. 

All events must conclude by 10pm Sunday - Thursday and midnight Friday - Saturday. 

*Minimum spends apply for catered events on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.

What’s included 

Tables, chairs, linen, data projector, screen, flipchart, WiFi, whiteboard, lectern and two hand-held microphones.

Not-for-profit rates apply to registered incorporated not-for-profit organisations or charities presenting events with community, educational or cultural benefit within, or clearly reinvesting into, the LGA.
