Open Diaries

As part of our commitment to open and transparent governance, we publish a summary of the Lord Mayor, Chief Executive Officer and Directors diaries.

The summaries will include:

The date of the meeting
Organisation or category of person(s) attending the meeting
The subject of the meeting

The summaries will not include:

Individuals names
Internal meetings with staff or Councillors
External training and development sessions or workshops
Meetings otherwise publicised on CN's website such as Advisory Committee or Council meetings
Meetings of personal nature
