Future Fit

Our Future Fit program provides growth opportunities for up to 50 participants at any one time in the form of Apprenticeship, Traineeship, Undergraduate and Graduate positions.

We offer a variety of training opportunities with supportive and qualified teams across a variety of areas in the organisation including:

Civil Construction
Horticulture
Environmental Management
Waste Management
Carpentry
Information Technology
Engineering
Customer Experience
Marketing
People and Culture
Plumbing

Apprenticeship and Traineeship positions are advertised annually in August for a January commencement.
