All tenders are carried out in accordance with Council's Conditions of Tendering (PDF). f All suppliers, service providers and contractors must abide by City of Newcastle's Statement of Business Ethics in their business dealings with Council. Successful tenderers will also be bound by the relevant provisions in Code of Conduct.
