Cost Summary Reports

The Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 is the principal legislation enabling Councils to levy contributions for public amenities and services. Contributions are imposed by way of a condition of development consent or complying development, and can be satisfied by:

  • Dedication of Land
  • A monetary contribution
  • A material public benefit
  • A combination of some or all of the above
