To help us identify and locate the attacking dog and their owner, please include as many known details.

Please upload any supporting evidence of the incident, such as:

  • Photos of the attacking dog
  • Photos of any injuries sustained to any person or animal
  • Vet report detailing any injuries
  • Doctor's report detailing any injuries

After lodging your report, you will receive an acknowledgement email and our rangers will urgently investigate the matter.
