You and any person with a financial interest in the application is required to disclose information about political donations and gifts.
You and any associate are required to disclose information about political donations and gifts.
The information requiring disclosure includes:
This information needs to cover the period commencing two years before the application is made and ending when the application is determined.
Donations to a ‘local councillor’ includes a reference to a donation made at the time the person was a candidate for election to Council.
If the political donation or gift was made:
You must include a completed Political Donations and Gifts Disclosure Form with your planning application or submission.
If the political donation or gift was made:
You must provide a completed Political Donations and Gifts Disclosure Form within seven days of the donation or gift.
This form should be provided to the assessing officer of the application or submission.

In accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, it is an offence not to provide a disclosure of a political donation or gift where required.
