Bulk Waste Container Supplier Registration Renewal Form

Use this form to renew your registration as a City of Newcastle (CN) approved Bulk Waste Container (BWC) supplier. 

A current Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency must be provided which references the following:

  • Insurance to the value of $20 million; and
  • Newcastle City Council as an interested party.

Once the application fee is paid and your renewal is approved, you will be able to apply for BWC permits with CN over the financial year. 

Please note, non-compliance or failing to provide a current Certificate of Currency meeting the above requirements may result in your registration status being revoked.

We recommend providing a shared company email address, as this will become your login to submit BWC applications.
