In the interests of public transparency, please note that your submission in its entirety will be available to the applicant and the public via City of Newcastle's (CN's) Application Tracker.

Submissions are considered 'Open Access Information' under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009. Therefore, any submission made is not confidential.
