Planning Proposal - PP-2023-2851 -  Affordable Housing Contributions Scheme 

  • Public exhibition has commenced for the planning proposal - Affordable Housing Contributions Scheme.
  • A planning proposal to amend Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 and draft scheme is on public exhibition. It intends to introduce affordable housing contributions on certain residential and mixed-use development.
  • The public exhibition period is 22 November 2024 to 2 February 2025.
