Request a Bulk Waste Service

Our kerbside pick-up service has a current wait time of two to six weeks, depending on demand in your suburb.

Should you need to dispose of your bulk waste sooner, please consider requesting a digital self-haul voucher.

Please note:

  • Completion of this form does not constitute a booking.
  • Self-haul vouchers will be emailed to you or posted directly to the address for which they are requested, providing the entitlements for that property have not been exhausted.

If you would like to contact us directly, please call 02 4974 2000 between 8am and 5pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
