An appointment time will be provided, once all pet ownership details have been confirmed. Photo identification, such as a drivers license, is required upon collection.

A release fee will be applicable, including Lifetime Registration fees if outstanding.

Supply: The information provided is required to verify ownership and process your claim of a pet in ranger care.

Consequence of non-provision: It is the individual's discretion whether to submit a claim for a pet in ranger care.

Storage and security: Information will be stored in accordance with City of Newcastle’s Records Management Policy.
