Public Art Reference Group Application Form

The Public Art Reference Group (PARG) service enables customers to meet with the PARG to receive feedback on a public art proposal and where required, obtain approval from the appointed Group.

Please complete and submit this form along with the required documentation and fees. Details are provided at the end of this form.
