Use this form to apply to renew your outdoor dining permit and submit your Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency.

Please ensure the Certificate of Currency references the following:

Insurance is to the value of $20 million; and
Newcastle City Council is named as an interested party.

Once City of Newcastle has assessed your renewal, you will receive your determination by email.
