Yarno is a microlearning platform that is going to help help deliver engaging and effective digital learning to Newcastle businesses.
In the two online learning modules developed for the NewSkills program, we developed training courses for:
- Customer service and wine skills (targeted at the hospitality industry), and
- Electrice Vehicle fleet transition skills for Small to Medium Sized Enterprises.
The outcomes of these training courses will boost the Newcastle economy, enabling the business community to retain better quality people for longer, and assist in the local economy's transition to a low-emissions future.
